
Mavs Host Final Home Matches vs. UND, NDSU

The University of Nebraska at Omaha volleyball team will compete in its final home matches of the 2003 season this weekend when the Mavericks host North Dakota at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, and 12th-ranked North Dakota State on Saturday, Nov. 1. The matches will also mark the final home appearances in the Sapp Fieldhouse for the Mavericks' lone senior Kylie Lebeda, who will be honored in a short ceremony preceding Saturday night's match against North Dakota State.

Junior Amy (Sibbernsen)McLeay (4.32 kpg, .229 hit %) has been the Mavericks' top offensive threat. McLeay, who was married on Sep. 26, has been named to the all-tournament teams at both the Lynn Labor Day Classic and the UNO Tournament, and currently ranks second in the NCC in kills per league game (4.21).
