Mavs Finish Preseason With Red-Black Alumni Match

The Maverick tennis team will get its final tune-up of the preseason when the squad will hold its annual Red-Black Alumni Match at 6 p.m. on Saturday at Hanscom Park.
The Black Team, captained by graduate assistant coach Sarah Huls, will consist of Huls, Katie Schmidt, Katie Spahn, Rachel Faulk, Amy Pierson, Kelsey Cochran, Sara Bredfeldt and Liz Gershel,in addition to former Mavericks Sarah Batchelor,Tori Boldt(Packett),Liz Glogowski and Lindsay Henjum.
The Red Team,will consist of team captain Abby Wilson, Maggie Russell, Jenny Miller, and Kylie Roe, in addition to former Mavericks Bridgette Komasincki, M.J. Robertson, Anna Ristic, Maggie Wear, Pam Le, Mikaila Spalding and Lindsay Loveland.
The 2006 Mavericks will open their season against Nebraska Wesleyan on Friday Feb. 3, in a 6 p.m. dual at Hanscom Park.
