Mavs Close Out Home Schedule with Shutout

The Maverick tennis team remained undefeated in North Central Conference play, after posting a shutout over South Dakota on Wednesday evening at Koch Tennis Center.
The victory by the Mavericks(7-5,3-0 NCC)increased their conference winning streak to nine, and extends their home winning streak to five.
The Mavericks, ranked No. 2 in the North Central Region, will head to Minnesota this weekend for a series of NCC matches. On Saturday, UNO will visit Minnesota-Duluth at 9 a.m., followed by a 4 p.m match with St. Cloud State. The Mavericks will then finish up the Minnesota leg of their tour on Sunday with a 9 a.m match against Minnesota State, Mankato in St. Peter.
