Mavericks Sweep Past Winona State, North Dakota

ST. PETER, Minn. -- Kylie Roe and Amy Pierson each won a pair of singles matches and the Mavericks won five of six doubles matches Saturday. UNO downed Winona State, 5-4, and North Dakota, 7-2, in play at Gustavus Adolphus.
In the morning match against Winona State, the teams split the six singles matches before UNO claimed a pair of doubles victories.
Against North Dakota, UNO won four of six singles matches, then swept the doubles to secure the win.
UNO's next action will be Friday night at 6:30 against Graceland at Hanscom Park Tennis Center.
