No. 10 Mavericks Visit Minnesota Duluth

The University of Nebraska at Omaha men's basketball team will try to build on its best start in modern school history as it visits Minnesota Duluth in North Central Conference action Saturday afternoon.
The Mavericks moved up to No. 10 in the latest NABC poll, the team's highest ranking since the end of the 2004-05 season. UNO stands at 15-1, with a 1-0 record in NCC play, a double-overtime victory over Augustana last week.
The Bulldogs are mired in an eight-game losing skid after falling, 63-53 to Augustana on Thursday. UMD now stands at 7-11 overall, 0-3 in NCC play.
Jordan Nuness leads the team with 18.7 ppg, adding 2.8 rpg and 2.2 apg. Brian Sykora is right behind in scoring with 16.4 ppg and is the top rebounder at 8.1 rpg.
The Mavericks have won five of eight all-time meetings with UMD. The teams split last season's two meetings, with the home team winning each contest.
