No. 20 Mavericks Visit Augustana, Host St. Cloud S

The University of Nebraska at Omaha men's basketball team slipped four spots in the NABC Division II rankings, back to No. 20, but this week will have two opportunties to climp back up with matchups against a pair of NCC teams boasting a 15-5 record.
Thursday the Mavericks visit Augustana, then return home for a Saturday afternoon meeting with St. Cloud State.
The Vikings had a three-game win streak snapped by Minnesota State on Saturday, 91-78, dropping Augie to 15-5 on the year, 3-2 in NCC play. Corey McIntosh scored 33 in the loss for the Vikings, going 10-for-22 from the field and 13-for-15 at the freethrow line, adding a team-high six rebounds. He averages 16.7 ppg to lead the squad, with 2.3 rpg. Tom VerDouw and Eric Krogman are tied for the team lead in rebounding at 5.4 per game.
The Huskies are coming off their second win in a row, an 82-73 victory at Minnesota Duluth, improving their record to 15-5 overall and 3-2 in the NCC. David Dreas scored 31 points in the win, including five 3-pointers. He scored 23, with seven threes, in the previous game against Minnesota State-Moorhead, earning NCC Player of theWeek honors. On the year he averages a team-leading 18.5 ppg. Center Matt Schneck is scoring 11.9 ppg with a team-high 6.5 rpg.
