LINCOLN, Neb. - Senior #Pinar Saka# broke her own school record in the 400 meter dash to highlight a two-city weekend of action for the UNO indoor track and field team. Athletes were participating in meets in both Lincoln, Neb. and Vermillion, S.D.
Saka won the 400 meter event at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in Lincoln in a time of 53.04. That broke her previous school record of 53.36 set in Lincoln just three weeks ago.

On the track, #Jolene Smith# won the 600 meter run in a time of 1:40.18.
The Mavericks return to action on Saturday, Feb. 14 when they take part in theWildcat Open hosted by Wayne State.
