OMAHA, Neb. - The UNO men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 match at the hands of Union College (Ky.) on Tuesday afternoon at Hanscom Tennis Center.
The Mavericks dropped to 5-5 after losing their third match in a row. Union College, ranked No. 11 in NAIA, improved to 10-3 on the season after winning their eighth straight match.
UNO failed to take a set from the Bulldogs. #Eric McKnight and Anthony Forcucci# came closest, falling to Union's Bartos Micher and Gilles Cornelis at No. 2 doubles, 8-6.
The Mavs travel to Kirksville, Mo., this Saturday for an MIAA match against Truman at 10 a.m.
