Men's Soccer To Hold Open Tryout For Students on A

OMAHA, Neb. - The UNO men's soccer program will hold an open tryout on the first day of fall classes, Monday, Aug. 22, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Caniglia Field, for any current full-time Nebraska Omaha student interested in playing for the Mavericks this season.
Students wishing to try out must bring: 1) Proof of physical; 2) Proof of sickle cell testing and results; 3) Proof of medical/health insurance; 4) A filled out release for athletic participation. Forms are available below if needed.
Everything must be turned in to the UNO Athletic Training office (Sapp Fieldhouse, lower level) by noon on Friday, Aug. 19 in order to try out:

2. Proof of Sickle Cell Testing & Results (Click here for Sickle Cell Policy)
3. Proof of Medical/Health Insurance (front/back copy of insurance card)
4. Release for Athletic Participation Form (Click here)
In addition, students intending to try out must bring a printed copy of their class schedule to the UNO Academic Compliance office (Sapp Fieldhouse, second floor) to prove their full-time status for the fall semester (at least 12 credit hours for undergraduate students and 9 hours for graduate students). Please turn this in by noon on Friday, Aug. 19 as well.
