Mavericks End Preseason With Red-Black Scrimmage

OMAHA, Neb. - The UNO men's soccer team wraps up its preseason with a Red-Black Scrimmage on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Caniglia Field. Admission is free.
The Mavericks have played two exhibition matches so far, defeating the UNL Club & Alumni team, 2-1, and falling at No. 4 UCLA, 5-2.
Saturday's scrimmage will be the Mavs' first appearance on Caniglia Field this fall, as the home match against the UNL Club & Alumni took place at Omaha South's Collin Stadium.
The Mavs are preparing for two difficult home tests on the opening weekend. UNO hosts Santa Clara on Friday at 7:30 p.m. and No. 20 Stanford on Sunday at 7 p.m.
