Mavericks Finish Fall at Creighton

OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's golf team will finish the fall half of its season on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 19-20 at the Creighton Classic. The 36-hole tournament will take place at Oak Hills Country Club in Omaha.
In their last event, the Mavericks finished 18th at the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate hosted by Denver on Oct. 11. The Mavericks shot a team score of 954 for the 54-hole tournament at the Highlands Ranch Golf Course.
Katie Kesti was UNO's top scorer for the tournament with a final total of 227, putting her in a tie for 53rd. Jordan York was second for UNO and 90th overall at 239.
Mandy Boyle was one stroke back at 240, tying for 91st overall. Makenna Kroeker was 97th with a score of 250. Alexa Ruwe finished the scoring for the Mavericks at 263.
