Women's Soccer Unveils Spring Slate

OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's soccer team announced its five-game spring schedule on Wednesday. The Mavericks will host four home matches and play one on the road. The schedule will feature matches against teams from NCAA Division I, II and NAIA.
UNO will begin its spring season at home against Nebraska-Kearney on Saturday, March 11. The Mavericks will then host North Dakota State on Saturday, April 1 and Midland on Wednesday, April 12. Omaha will play their lone road game at UMKC on April 19.
Omaha's spring finale will be part of Kicks for a Cure, an Omaha-based event that has helped raise more than $2 million for cancer research over the past decade. As part of the event, Omaha will take on Creighton on Saturday, April 22 at Caniglia Field.
