DES MOINES, Iowa – The Omaha women's soccer team fell to Drake 2-0 Wednesday night at Cownie Soccer Complex.

Drake scored its first goal in the 17th minute. Rebecca Rodgers gave the Bulldogs a 1-0 lead when she headed home a cross from Ali Smith.

The Bulldogs pushed across its second goal of the match in the 84th minute as Hannah Bormann sent a pass from Rachel Wanninger into the back of the net.

• Drake outshot Omaha 18-10 in the match. The Mavericks had eight shots on goal.
• Erin Bunker recorded a career-best 10 saves.
• Bailey Cascio had a team-best three shots. Cascio and Carlie Cook each had two shots on goal.
