OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha men's golf team will wrap up the fall half of its schedule next week when it plays in the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate in Powells Point, N.C.

The event, hosted by Old Dominion, will take place on Sunday-Tuesday, Oct. 21-23 at the Kilmarlic Golf Club. The Mavericks and the rest of the 18-team field will play 18 holes each day beginning at 7:30 a.m. CT on Sunday and Monday, and at 7 a.m. CT on Tuesday.

The Mavericks last played on Sept. 30-Oct. 2 at The Jackrabbit in Valentine, Neb. Senior Kevin Gordon posted his second straight top 10 finish, tying for seventh with a 54-hole score of 214, two under par.

Nick Kagy was second on the team and finished 56th overall with a total of 233. He finished three strokes ahead of Witchayapat Sinsrang who shot 236 to tie for 58th.

Thirawat Chantrakantanond was fourth on the team and tied for 60th overall with a score of 237. Cole Christain wrapped up the scoring with a total of 238 to tie for 63rd.

As a team, the Mavericks finished 12th out of 13 teams with a score of 917.
