Final Results

MACOMB, Ill. – Freshman Mika Miyata shot a four-over score of 76 to tie for the overall lead on the final day of the Beu Mussatto Invitational at Western Illinois.

Miyata is UNO's second individual medalist of the season after finishing with a 54-hole score of 241 to tie her with Cassidy Jurkaites of Western Illinois.

The host Leathernecks won the two-team tournament with a team total of 966. The Mavericks posted a score of 978.

Mandi Granato was second on the team and sixth overall with a total of 243 that included a final round of 81.

Jinna Boonbumroongsuk was eighth at 250. She shot 81 on day two and finished one stroke ahead of teammate Zora Gittens who carded an 83 on Tuesday to finish at 251.

Hannah Hunke finished the team scoring for the Mavericks with a total of 253. She closed the tournament with a round of 85 and finished 12th.

Izzi Puk, playing as an individual, tied for 10th with a total of 252. She also shot 85 in the final round.

The Mavericks return home to host The Stamped at the Creek on Monday and Tuesday, April 12-13.
