Women's Tennis Tabbed 6th in Summit League Preseason Poll

The Omaha Women's Tennis team has been selected 6th in the 2024 Summit League preseason poll. Full poll results are listed below.
Sophomore Zoe Adkins was named as a Summit League Preseason Player to Watch. The Maple Grove, Minnesota native was named an All-Summit League honorable mention honoree after notching 10 singles and six doubles win. Adkins went 3-3 in singles and doubles in league play.
"The Summit League continues to get stronger every year," said head coach Adam Summitt. "This is my eighth year and it's just as competitive as ever. I feel any team can compete, and win, with each other."
Omaha's conference slate is highlighted by six conference matchups, three of which are at home.
"Obviously this is not where we see ourselves. We have higher goals set for us. We hope to prove people wrong," Summitt said. "We have the luxury of bringing back a few players who missed last year due to injury. I know our depth will be much better than it has been and will help us in key situations."
