Five Named to Academic Honor Roll
Five Maverick wrestlers are included in the North Central Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for wrestling.
A total of 14 student-athletes make up the honor roll. To qualify student-athletes must have a minimum 3.20 grade point average, have completed at least two semesters at their current school and have competed against outside competition.
The five Mavericks are their majors:
Cody Garcia, So., Exercise Science
Josh Heckendorn, RFr., Pre-Physical Therapy
Ryan Pankoke, RFr., University Division
Ross Taplin, Jr., Communications
Tait Weatherbee, RFr.,Pre-Dentistry
