FREMONT, Neb. -- Kate O'Dea and Carly Froehlich each shot 88s Tuesday as the Maverick junior varsity team claimed a one-shot win in the Midland Lutheran College Invitational at Fremont Country Club.
UNO finished at 356, one shot ahead of host Midland on the par-73, 5,975-yard layout.
The other UNO scores included Sara Wolfe and Lynn Mulligan at 90 and Amber Dodge at 99.
Kate Becker of Midland Lutheran College was the medalist with an 85.
