Mavs Host Rematch With Northwest Missouri St.

The University of Nebraska-Omaha men's basketball team will host revenge-minded Northwest Missouri State Friday at 8 p.m. at Sapp Fieldhouse.
No. 12 UNO (7-0) dealt No. 13 NWMS (5-1) its first loss of the season, also breaking the Bearcats' 19-game home win streak, with an 80-66 win on Dec. 1. NWMS has not played since that game, having an exhibition game cancelled last week.
Hunter Henry leads the team with 16.3 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. He recorded a double-double in the first meeting with UNO, recording 14 and 10. Andy Peterson and Lance Sullivan also average double figures in points, with 11.2 and 10.2, respectively.
The Mavericks' win two weeks ago tied the all-time series at five wins a
piece. Next year UNO joins the Bearcats in the MIAA.
