OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's golf team plays its third tournament of the fall when it tees up in the Rose City Collegiate at Portland State on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
The Mavericks are one of 12 teams competing. They will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday at the Langdon Farms Golf Club in Aurora, Ore. Play begins at 10:30 a.m. CT on Monday and 9:45 a.m. CT on Tuesday.
Omaha is coming off a 12th-place finish at the MVC Preview hosted by Northern Iowa on Tuesday, Sept. 24. The Mavericks posted a team total of 982 in the 54-hole event.

Senior Samantha Chong and freshman Mandi Granato tied for the team scoring lead with matching totals of 243. They finished in a tie for 33rd in the field of 95 golfers.
Hannah Hunke was third on the team and 37th overall with a score of 244. Teammate Zora Gittens finished in a tie for 61st after shooting 252.
Cassidy Ulrich completed the team scoring with a total of 295.
The Mavericks finish the fall season close to home, competing in the Creighton Classic at Oak Hills Country Club in Omaha on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 7-8.
