Sugar Land, Texas- The Omaha women's golf team is in 12th place at the HBU-Husky Invitational after the first two rounds of golf Monday.

Jinna Boonbumroongsuk is in fourth place on the leaderboard and leads the Mavericks. The sophomore shot 77(+5) in the first round but came back with a 73(+1) in the second. With a total score of 150(+6) on day one, Jinna currently sits five strokes behind the leader.

Sydney Taake finishes day one with a total score of 157. The freshman currently holds a share of 27th place overall.

Mandi Granato holds a share of 36th, scoring 159 over two rounds of golf.

Mika Miyata and Emma Kirvan close the first two rounds with scores of 180 and 183 respectively.
