Sugar Land, Texas—The Omaha women's golf team finished the final round of the HCU Husky Invitational on Tuesday.
The Mavericks scored 328 in the third round for a total score of 964. They fell four strokes behind UT Arlington, which took 14th place with 960.
Mika Miyata led the Mavericks throughout the event. Miyata finished in 35th place with a three-round score of 234.
Nicole Hansen recorded a total score of 246, taking 70th place. Sydney Taake and Macarena Garcia finished with matching scores of 247. Emily Karmazin totaled 249.
The Mavericks have a couple weeks off before they head to Western Illinois for the WIU Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, Apr. 3-4.
