OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha Volleyball fell to North Dakota State, 3-0, at home on Thursday night.

The Mavericks (11-7, 5-3 Summit League) lost 26-16, 25-21, 25-22 to the Bison (12-6, 4-4).

Omaha finished the night with nine total blocks. Freshman middle blocker Dara Obeid (Burlington, Ontario, Canada) finished with seven assisted blocks, her second-highest single-game total of the season.

Fifth-year Madi Corf (Kansas City, Mo.) led the team with 11 kills, followed by sophomore outside hitter Lara Marić (Brisbane, Australia) with eight.

The Mavericks are back home on Saturday, Oct. 24 to face North Dakota at 1 p.m. CT. The game will be a pink out along with a pink rally towel giveaway.

The team will be debuting pink jerseys to honor the fight against breast cancer. The jerseys go on auction tomorrow (Oct. 23) at noon at OmahaMavs.com/Auctions.
