Maverick Wrestling Banquet April 27
The 2006-07 Maverick wrestling team will hold its annual banquet on Friday, April 27 at the Crowne Plaza Omaha Old Mill, 655 N. 108th Ave at 7:00 p.m. Social hour starts at 6:00 p.m.
The Mavericks will honor UNO's third place finish at the NCAA Division II National Wrestling Championships, where the Mavs crowned two individual national champions in senior JD Naig (174) and sophomore Todd Meneely (149). It marked Naig's third-straight national title.
