Dr. Taryn Ninemire is the Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Performance at Omaha Athletics. As the Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Omaha Athletics Health and Performance, she oversees all aspects of sports medicine care, sports performance, nutrition, sports psychology, and drug testing for Maverick student-athletes. In addition, Taryn also serves as the Omaha Athletics physical therapist and has been designated as the Omaha Athletics Health Care Administrator.
Dr. Ninemire is a Nebraska native and received her bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology from Hastings College. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2008. Taryn has experience in advanced manual techniques, such as dry needling, cupping, and myofascial release. She has extensive experience in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
As she promotes health and wellness to her patients, Taryn leads an active lifestyle. Taryn loves to exercise and is a former collegiate basketball player.
