Beale Earns Third NCC Honor

Brandie Beale earned her third North Central Conference offensive player of the week award Tuesday after helping the Mavs to three wins last week. Beale scored two game-winners and added an assist as the No. 7 Mavs defeated Wayne State and NCC opponents South Dakota and North Dakota, all on the road. She now leads the team and the conference with 20 points off eight goals and four assists.
The Mavs (8-1-0, 4-0-0 NCC) will continue league action on the road as they play at St. Cloud State Saturday at 1 p.m.
