Hanson Named NCC Player of the Week

Sophomore forward Mykala Hanson's weekend performance in UNO's two victories has earned her the offensive player of the week honors in the North Central Conference.
Hanson scored the game-winner in UNO's 2-1 win at South Dakota on Friday and then had a pair of goals, including the game-winner, in the Mavericks' 4-0 triumph at North Dakota Sunday.
Hanson now is tied for the team-lead in goals with seven with Casey Bigsby.
UNO is back home Sunday to host Minnesota Duluth at 1 p.m. at its field at 68th & Spring Streets.
