A Look At Men's Tennis In This Week's Maverick Rou

OMAHA, Neb. - There is a new team in town this spring - UNO men's tennis. One of this year's inaugural captain's, junior #Chase Petersen#, has more insight into this first-year team in this week's Maverick Roundup, the official podcast of University of Nebraska at Omaha athletics.
Petersen talks about that talent on this year's team, the challenges he's faced in a return to competitive tennis after a few years off and the tough competition in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.
The Maverick men host Minnesota State on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Koch Tennis Center. They'll join the women in welcoming MIAA foe Emporia State on Saturday, April 18 at 1 p.m.
Assistant softball coach Michala Cimino also speaks with host Dave Ahlers about the stretch run for her team and the pending MIAA tournament at the beginning of May.
