Men's Tennis Bolsters Roster

OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha men's tennis head coach Tyson Thomas announced Monday the signing of Luke Moorhead and Diego Cruz-Vespa.
"We are excited to add both Diego and Luke to our program," said Thomas. "They are extremely hard working student-athletes and will be great additions to our team."
Moorehead, a 5-9 lefthander, played No. 1 at Mound Westonka High School (MN) as a freshman and sophomore. After his sophomore season, he transferred to the Southern California Tennis Academy to work on his game and to prepare for the rigors of collegiate tennis.
Cruz-Vespa, a 6-0 lefthander, played No. 1 at College Station A&M Consolidated (TX) during his senior season. He led the Tigers to the Texas 5A Team Tennis Semifinals during the 2014-15 season.
The two recruits will join Nathan Reekie in this season's recruiting class.
