OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's soccer team played to a 0-0 draw vs. Kansas State on Sunday afternoon at Caniglia Field.

How It Happened

The Maverick offense threatened in the 15^th minute when Amanda Rapaduski fired a shot from the left side of the box before being denied by the K-State goalkeeper.
Omaha's Tabitha Allberg nearly broke the scoreless tie in the 44^th minute, flicking a header that nearly found the back of the net, but was saved by KSU.
Goalkeeper Kelly Lemke rejected Kansas State's breakaway opportunity with 30 seconds left in regulation to send the match into overtime.
The UNO offense was only able to register one shot in the span of the two overtime periods while the Maverick defense held the K-State attack to one shot in extra time.

Inside the Box Score

Kansas State posted a 16-8 advantage in shots and 9-3 lead in corner kicks over UNO.
Rapaduski led the UNO attack with two shots while six other Mavericks recorded a shot.
Lemke tallied a career-high four saves in her first career start at Omaha.
Omaha's Sophia Roux and Rapaduski and Kansas State's Shae Turner were handed yellow cards in the contest.
