Fort Collins, Colo.- The Omaha women's golf team finishes the Wollenberg-Ptarmigan Classic to close the fall season Tuesday, October 19.

The Mavericks end day three with a team score of 948, finishing in 15th place. Cal Poly wins the event, and Nevada is the runner-up. The host Colorado State takes third place.

Jinna Boonbumroongsuk scored 81 in the final round for a two-day total of 236. The sophomore ends the invite in first place on the team for the third straight tournament.

Sophomore Mika Miyata totaled 238 and freshman Sydney Taake ended with 239 for third and fourth place on the team. Both scored 79 in the final round.

Junior Mandi Granato finished with a total score of 237 after scoring 89 in round three. Freshman Emma Kirvan scored 87 in the third round for a total of 256.

Golfing individually, Maddie Simon scored 260. The freshman ended with 83 on day two.

The next event for the Mavericks will be in 2022 when Omaha travels to the Lone Star State for the Islander Classic at Texas A&M Corpus Christi February 21-22.
