Van Wijk Earns Summit League Academic All-League Honors for 2023

Omaha Mavericks Sophomore racket Quintan Van Wijk was named to the Summit League All-Academic Team for the 2023 season. The full list was announced by the league this morning.
Van Wijk completed his first season at Omaha with a 3.91 cumulative GPA as a management information systems major.
On the court, the Willemstad, Curacao native tallied the most singles wins for the Mavericks this season with 17 and only had four losses. That mark ranked him 3rd in the Summit League in singles victories.
Van Wijk was one of six Summit League players to earn All-Academic honors.
