No. 16 Mavs Resume NCC Action at UND, SCSU

The 17th-ranked UNO Maverick volleyball team will hit the road again as they resume North Central Conference action this weekend. The Mavericks will head to North Dakota on Friday, Sept. 29 and to St. Cloud State on Saturday, Sept. 30. Friday's match will begin at 7 p.m., while Saturday's contest will commence at 4 p.m.

The Mavericks are currently 11-4 on the season and 0-2 in the North Central Conference after defeating No. 22 Nebraska-Kearney 30-19, 30-14, 25-30, 30-26 in UNO's home opener last Thursday at the Sapp Fieldhouse in front of 1.527 fans.

In the CSTV/AVCA Division II Coaches Top 25 poll released on Sept. 26, Nebraska-Omaha was tied for 16th. Minnesota Duluth is the only other NCC school ranked as they enter this week's competition at No. 6.
